ERP SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION PROFESSIONAL with more than 15 years’ experience implementing enterprise software for the fresh produce and distribution industry. Luis is customer centric and enjoys creative problem solving. More recently Luis is responsible for deploying EDI integrations between fresh produce suppliers and their trading partners.
Experience
Luis has worked in many roles throughout his professional career. From a customer service representative helping and troubleshooting hardware and software issues to Software Trainer. Luis is comfortable leading presentations in a one-on-one environment or large groups.
In addition, Luis has acted as the lead project manager for new software implementations and was responsible for ensuring such ERP application was setup to meet the client’s business requirements. Luis has experience translating complex customer business requirements into viable business solutions.
Furthermore, Luis has served as a single point of contact for clients by managing the complete software implementation lifecycle including: discovery, business process analysis, installation, configuration, and training. Luis has also identified and recommend product customizations, enhancements, and workarounds to enhance the client’s experience.

Luis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administrations with an emphasis in Management Information Systems from California State University, Fresno
